With landscapes over Biscayne Bay and surrounded by ravishing views, Aston Martin Residences provides a new image of perfection, created by the British brand in partnership with G and G Business Developments. The condominium is planned to house 390 wonderful condominiums, providing every need of residents. Some of the amenities you will have starts with two private lobbies with custom reception desks, also a two-story fitness center and a full-service spa.

Aston Martin Condominium provides great views, from levels 15 through 45 are the Panoramic Residences, from levels 46 through 51 – Sky Residences, from levels 5 through 62 are the Penthouses and from levels 63 through 66 the Triplex Penthouses.

German Coto, the project’s developer said that their team spent more than a year looking for the right collaborator and they finally selected

The Aston Martin Residences Miami is projected to be complete by 2021 and each one of its apartments will range from one to four bedrooms on top of seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse. Each residence of the building’s areas will feature original items and special ones, showcasing the car brand’s trademark colors, stiching style and materials, from polished wood and supple leather to carbon fiber.
